The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms offer a simple yet functional design with basic amenities, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The bathrooms are reasonably clean, despite a few minor issues with insects. The staff, although a bit sleepy at times, are generally helpful and responsive to guests' needs.
The front door being locked in the morning, with the staff sleeping in the back room, created an awkward and uncomfortable situation for guests.

Had a great Christmas vacation at a hotel in Ha Long! Loved that the room was simple but cozy and had all the basic amenities we needed. The views from the room were breathtaking and made our mornings even better. the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to major attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
That the front door was locked in the morning, and we had to disturb the sleeping staff to let us out. It was a bit uncomfortable, but they apologized and made up for it with their warm hospitality.

The location was quite good, in a popular area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. we enjoyed the free WiFi that was available in our room which was pretty fast.
Our Christmas stay here was not great. The room was not very clean and it wasn't the comfiest of beds.
